It started with a triangle. Emmanuel Poitras had wanted to build a triangle bag for years — and that idea became The Treble. The name comes from the Latin triplus: threefold, three. Every face of this bag is a triangle, three equal sides, meeting at hard edges with nowhere comfortable to hold and no good angle to lift from. It is, we think, one of the most unique lifts in fitness.

TWO YEARS IN THE MAKING

We launched the Treble in beta last year as a five-sided square pyramid. This year it's a true four-sided form with equal triangular faces — significantly harder to lift, and significantly harder to design and manufacture. There's no flat base to rest against your body and no easy grip. You earn every rep.

CONSTRUCTION

• Dual-layer 1050D Cordura Nylon — one of the most rigid and abrasion-resistant fabrics available
• Triple-sealed closure system: inner hook-and-loop flap, YKK metal zipper, and outer hook-and-loop flap
• Reinforced stitching at every stress point and seam — critical on a four-faced build
• Embroidered on every side, with a gold-and-white logo on the flap

FILL TO YOUR LEVEL

Bags ship empty, so you control the weight and the feel. Use dry, coarse sand for maximum density, or add rubber mulch to firm up the shape and take up space without adding weight. The medium you choose affects the final weight — coarse sand is recommended to hit the intended rating.
